I can’t connect to GENNECT Cross.
Please check the following:

Is the Z3210 connection mode set to HID OFF? | Follow the instructions in your instrument’s user manual to disable the HID function. |
Is the device pairing due to the operating system’s Bluetooth settings before connecting to GENNECT Cross? | There’s no need to pair the device using the Bluetooth settings on the operating system’s settings screen. |
Did you restart your smartphone and instrument? | Try connecting again after restarting them. |
*Please note that proper operation has not been verified for all devices. (Behavior varies by device, with some devices encountering issues when establishing Bluetooth connections and others being unable to establish multiple connections at the same time.)
