Acquiring power quality events remotely
Power quality analyzers record a variety of power quality events and store them on the instrument. However, you won’t know what events occurred, or when, until you collect the data from the instrument.
When you use GENNECT One, event files are automatically collected each time an event occurs, allowing you to respond more quickly.
In addition, you can connect to GENNECT Cloud to monitor power quality in remote locations, beyond your LAN.
Monitoring power quality on your LAN
GENNECT One provides centralized management of multiple power quality analyzers that are connected to your LAN.
When a power quality event occurs, its file is automatically collected.

When a power quality analyzer detects a power quality event, the event file is automatically sent to GENNECT One. (When file transfers [automatic] are enabled) Event files are saved in the GENNECT One data list.
As a result, you can immediately analyze them using the PQ-ONE dedicated software without needing to collect data.
You can change settings using the remote control function.

Even if you need to change a threshold value setting while monitoring the instrument, there’s no need to visit the measurement site.
You can use the remote control function to change the power quality analyzer’s settings.
Monitoring power quality from a remote location
If you connect to GENNECT Cloud, you can monitor power quality in remote locations, beyond your LAN.
You’ll receive immediate notification in the event of an event. You can then analyze it immediately.
When an event occurs, the event file will be automatically uploaded to the service’s cloud server, and you’ll be notified by email or other means. You can then download the event file, allowing you to collect data without visiting the measurement site.
Event files can be opened, viewed, and analyzed using the PQ-ONE dedicated software.

Change threshold values anywhere, at any time, using remote control functionality.
If you aren’t able to measure events as intended, you can remote-control the instrument from your office PC to change threshold values and other settings without visiting the field.
The buttons on the instrument will be displayed in your web browser, and you can click them as if the instrument were right in front of you.
